      Sarah Knight has a knack of letting you know you need to get your head out of your ass and get a grip on your life and how you handle what you can t control Yes, it s quirky and funny in her descriptions of how to do just that but it also makes you pause and think about how you can make some legit changes And how to CALM THE FUCK DOWN Thanks to Little Brown for this early copy
