      Great accompaniment to the rest of Sarah Knight s books summarises the key concepts from the original trilogy well and would be a good catch all gift for someone who needs a little pick me up Nice practical exercises but felt like some of them took up too many pages in the book, hence the 4 stars.

      Enjoyable if not overly useful My favourite tip is to time how long things take you in a typical day week so that you are better able to plan in future.

      This is really just my opinion I didn t enjoy the book to be faire, it was kind of endless and repetitive I got very bored, so I had to drop it.
