Lumberjanes is important It s written by women, illustrated by women and about female characters It was originally conceived as an 8 part series but with an overwhelmingly positive reception the series was extended which brings us to the 10th volume Using writers and illustrators who are at the very forefront of the industry keeps the series fresh and exciting I love this series.

I enjoyed the interactions between the families and the campers, as well as the overall plot trickster spirits have always been a hit with me , but I wasn t really a fan of the new art style.
