Audiobook Review Well, that was fun It s not super complicated and not in a bad way It s not super predictable or anything Basically, a college kid inadvertently gets involved with the mafia Shenanigans ensue Hilarious shenanigans This book is really funny It s short, fast paced, full of movie, book, and other pop culture references, breaks the fourth wall in a really funny way, and it is absolutely chock full of lols I definitely know a Chester in real life I also love how the cover has him wea [...]

Ellis is a typical university student Trying to pass classes and makes ends meet, he gets a job at a local late night food joint to pay the bills However his simple job of making and delivery food gets him in a lot of trouble when he finds he s not delivery food but illegal drugs He tries to get himself out, but his idiot friends only accidentally get him in deeper And then people start dying around him.Dalton crafts an interesting, funny and suspense filled thriller comedy He uses anachronistic [...]

On the Hit List Timothy DaltonThis is ultimately the funniest novel I ve listened to today, or right up there in a very long time What happens when college roommates unintentionally get mixed up with the mob Each of the guys unique personalities take the story along a twisty path I want of these characters. The narration was well done. The characters were well portrayed Jeff Hays was fabulous at telling this story I was voluntarily provided this review copy audiobook at no charge by the author, p [...]

I can t get any proud of this one Narrated to perfection by Jeff Hays A true master I loved all of these characters as if they are real people This book is better suited for those who have a sense of humor But an amazing bargain for 4 1 2 hours of time.

Audiobook review Narrator Jeff Hays 5 stars If you re a young boy, you d probably love this book But I m not, and I really wanted to like it I didn t think it was funny at all It was rather immature and if it wasn t for Jeff Hays narration it wouldn t have held my attention However, the story holds a good idea and is well written and well plotted, but when I look at it as a comedy it fails in my mind and I felt the comedy aspect of the book is overdone.Jeff is always impressive in his performanc [...]

While the story was entertaining, it just wasn t for me Overall it was fun and humorous but it leans towards much adolescent frat boy humor That s not a bad thing, it s just not my thing for long periods of time If you enjoy this kind of humor you ll probably really like this book. All the side tangents, ramblings and inner thought dialogue annoyed me after a while.Jeff Hays does a fantastic job with the narration as usual Great character voices Clearly spoken with an even pace He is actually th [...]

On the Hit List by Timothy Dalton This book had a good concept but lost it s way in the over A.D.D rambling of first person narration I get the concept that the story is told as a collage age guy, but my 2 year old could hold on to a thought longer and be less distracted in a toy store The story could have been told in about 20 min the rest of the 4 hour book was side fluff slightly clueless frat boy that repeated himself endless in his own mind This audiobook was given by the author, at no cost [...]

Crazy story with crazy characters I lol d several times Once again, Jeff Hays does a phenomenal job at narrating He literally becomes the characters Warning for those who are sensitive to this, there is some raunchy crude language sprinkled throughout the story.
